Terms of Service

Welcome to Deep Code Plus! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Deep Code Plus website and its AI coding assistant cloud services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Deep Code Plus provides an AI-powered coding assistance cloud service built on large language models, capable of tasks such as code generation, debugging, optimization, Q&A, and image and video generation.

a. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Deep Code Plus.

b. Account Registration: To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information for your account, to keep your account credentials and API keys secure, and to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

a. Service Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Deep Code Plus and its licensors.

b. User Content: You retain ownership of the code, text, images, and other content you submit. The code, images, videos, and other outputs generated through your use of the Service belong to you and may be used for personal or commercial purposes, provided that you review them and take responsibility for their use.

3. User Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and the inputs you provide when using the Service, including any text, code, images, or other materials you submit.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate, upload, or distribute any content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Generate, upload, or distribute pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content, including but not limited to nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive material
• Generate content depicting non-consensual intimate imagery, whether real or AI-generated (deepfakes)
• Generate realistic depictions of real persons in sexual, violent, or defamatory contexts without their consent
• Generate, upload, or distribute Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or endangers children. Deep Code Plus enforces a zero-tolerance policy against CSAM, and any accounts engaging in such activity will be terminated and reported to the relevant authorities
• Write or assist in writing malware, viruses, or code intended to access or attack others' computer systems without authorization
• Generate content that infringes intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or confidentiality obligations
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service's interfaces or infrastructure

By using the Service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deep Code Plus and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the content you generate or input.

4. Content Moderation & Enforcement

We may employ automated content moderation systems, including AI-based input analysis, to prevent the generation of prohibited content. We reserve the right to block, remove, or report any content that violates these Terms without prior notice. Repeated violations will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Subscription & Payment

Certain features of the Service are offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are charged per the billing cycle shown on the purchase page, via the payment methods presented there. Quotas, credits, and other entitlements are subject to the descriptions on the purchase page.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may stop using the Service at any time. The entitlements corresponding to a paid subscription remain effective until the end of the current billing cycle. As the Service is a digital online service, paid subscription fees are in principle non-refundable, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Deep Code Plus, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. AI-generated code and suggestions are provided for reference only; please review them yourself before using them in production.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
